รบกวนคุณหมอด้วยค่ะ พอดีไม่ค่อยเข้าใจคุณหมอที่รพ.อธิบายเท่าไร มีอะไรผิดปกติและน่าเป็นห่วงไมค่ะ ขอบคุณค่ะ FINDINGS The study reveals normal size, smooth surface and normal attenuation of liver parenchyma without space taking lesion.No biliary system dilatation is seen.Gallbladder shows no wall thickening or stone.Pancreas, spleen and both adrenal glands appears unremarkable.Both kidneys show symmetrical enhancement without stone or hydronephrosis.urinary bladder is unremarkable Uterus is measured about 3.8x4.1x6.3 cm.Few right ovarian cysts, sized up to 1.1 cm., DDx functional or endometriotic cysts.Mild focal wall thickening of duodenal bulb, about 0.6 cm.in thickness, please correlate with clinical contexts or EGD.Stomach and the rest of bowel loops appear unremarkable.No abnormal free air or ascites is seen.No significant lymphadenopathy is detected.Both lung base are unremarkable. IMPRESSION: No detectable gallstone.Few right ovarian cysts, sized up 1.1 cin.DDx fuunctional or endomeriotic cysts.Mild focal wall thickening of duodenal bulb, please correlate with clinical contexts or EGD.Unremarkable otherwise.
