รบกวนคุณหมอช่วยอ่านผลการอัลตราซาวน์ให้หน่อยได้มั้ยคะ

US ABDOMEN:

The liver is normal echo. No gross mass is seen.

The hepatic and portal veins are patent. No gross bile duct dilatation

The gallbladder is well distended. Multiple gallstones are noted. No gallbladder wall thickening is seen.

The spleen, and pancreas are unremarkable.

The right kidneys are small size and increased echo. Multiple right RCs with mild caliectasia is noted.

The left kidney is rather small size. The urinary bladder is unremarkable.No ascites or lymphadenopathy

IMPRESSION:Multiple large gallstones without sonographic sign of acute cholecystitis

Small right kidney with increased renal echo, multiple right RCs and mild caliectasia
