จากผลการตรวจชิ้นเนื้อ
ปากมดลูก : ปกติ
เยื่อบุโพรงมดลูก : เป็นมะเร็งเยื่อบุโพรงมดลูก ชนิด adenocarcinoma
กล้ามเนื้อมดลูก : มะเร็งเยื่อบุโพรงมดลูกได้ลุกลามเข้าสู่กล้ามเนื้อมดลูก แต่ไม่ลึกเกินครึ่งหนึ่งของความหนาของมดลูก
รังไข่และปีกมดลูก : ปกติ
ต่อมน้ำเหลืองบริเวณเชิงกรานด้านขวา : ปกติ
ต่อมน้ำเหลืองบริเวณเชิงกรานด้านซ้าย : ปกติ
ต่อมน้ำเหลืองบริเวณหลอดเลือดแดงใหญ่ : ปกติ
น้ำในช่องท้อง : ไม่พบเซลล์มะเร็ง
ดังนั้น สรุปแล้วคือเป็นมะเร็งของเยื่อบุโพรงมดลูก และยังไม่พบกระจายไปที่ต่อมน้ำเหลืองค่ะ
