สวัสดีค่ะคุณหมอ จากที่ไปทำ MRI เพื่อดูเกี่ยวกับเส้นเลือดในสมอง แต่ผล MRI มีข้อบ่งชี้เกี่ยวกับไซนัสร่วมด้วย ผลเช่นนี้นับว่ารุนแรงมากรึเปล่าคะ หากปล่อยไว้ยังไม่ไปรักษาจะมีผลกระทบใดๆมั๊ยคะ ขอบคุณค่ะ
A small mucosal retention cyst in left maxillary sinus is noted. Mucosal thickening with sclerotic bone change and T1-hyperintense content in right sphenoid sinus, likely chronic right sphenoid sinusitis with inspissated mucous content and/or fungal colonization. There is mucosal thickening in bilateral ethmoid, right maxillary and left sphenoid sinuses. The rest of paranasal sinuses and bilateral mastoid air cells are unremarkable. Bilateral lens extraction is observed. The nasopharynx, skull base, scalp and bony structures appear unremarkable
