เรียน คุณหมอค่ะ ขอเรียนรบกวนคุณหมอช่วยแปลผลตรวจ ultrasound upper-lower abdomen นะคะ ขอบคุณมากๆค่ะ -The study shows normal shape, size and echogenicity of the liver without mass or IHD dilation. A 1.0 cm cyst at tip of left hepatic lobe is noted. - The GB has thin wall without gallstone or pericholecystic fluid collection. Sonographic Murphy’s sign is negative. - CBD is not dilated. The visualized pancreas and spleen are unremarkable. - Both kidneys are normal in shape, size, cortical thickness and parenchymal echogenicity. - The urinary bladder is of smooth surface without abnormal internal echo. - The uterus and adnexae are unremarkable. Several small cysts in both ovaries, up to 1.6 cm. Impression: - A 1.0 cm cyst at tip of left hepatic lobe. - Several small cysts in both ovaries, up to 1.6 cm.
