ULTRASOUND OF THE WHOLE ABDOMEN COMPARISON: None HISTORY: R/O NASH Liver has normal size, nodular surface and heterogeneous echogenicity of liver parenchyma; suggestive of liver cirrhosis. There are a few subcentimeter hyperechoic nodules at left hepatic lobe up to 0.9cm and multiple subcentimeter hypoechoic nodules at right hepatic lobe up to 0.7cm; probably cirrhotic nodules. No liver mass or biliary dilatation is visualized. Gallbladder has smooth and thin wall without gallstone. Visualized spleen and pancreas appear unremarkable. Both kidneys have normal size and echogenicity without mass or hydronephrosis. Right and left kidneys are measured about 9.7cm and 10.3cm in length. Normal cortical thickness. A 0.6-cm left upper calyceal stone is noted. Urinary bladder has smooth and thin wall without internal echo. Prominent size of prostate gland is measured about 29.0ml in volume. No ascites or significant intraabdominal lymphadenopathy is seen. Visualized abdominal aorta appears unremarkable. IMPRESSION: - Liver cirrhosis with multiple subcentimeter hyperechoic and hypoechoic nodules up to 0.9cm; probably cirrhotic nodules. Please interval follow up imaging. - No definite liver mass. Please correlate it with serum AFP. If clinical setting is highly suspicious of HCC, further multiphase CT scan of upper abdomen or hepatocyte-specific contrast-enhanced MR of upper abdomen is suggested for more details. A 0.6-cm left upper calyceal stone without hydronephrosis. - Prominent size of prostate gland about 29.0ml in volume. ขอบพรคุณครับ
