impression - Dilate fluid-filled uterine cavity. Dx physiologic change or PID. Please correate with clinical and PV exam - A 1.4 cm "intramural lesion" at uterine fundus, possibly myoma. - Increase size of right overy with few 1.4 - 1.5 cm simple right overian cysts, suspected due to infection/inflammatory process or ovulation. - Several Randall's plaques at both kidneys. มีความจำเป็นต้องผ่าตัด หรือกังวลอะไรเป็นพิเศษมั้ยคะ ตรงข้อสุดท้าย ใช่ผลบอกการทำงานของไตใช่มั้ยคะ เป็นปกติมั้ย
