FINDINGS:
The study reveals normal in size and contour of liver. Diffuse decreased signal intensity on
out phase T1WI compared with in phase T1WI is observed, representing fatty liver.
There is no demonstrable intrahepatic space taking lesion. No abnormal restricted diffusion
lesion is shown.
Gallbladder shows normally distended with smooth thin wall. No gallstone is detected.
No dilatation of IHDs or CBD is seen. No intraluminal filling defect is noted.
Spleen appears unremarkable.
No adrenal mass is detected, bilaterally.
There is a 0.5-cm cystic lesion at distal pancreatic body without definite main pancreatic
duct connection. No main pancreatic duct dilatation or enhancing mass is observed.
Normal in size of both kidneys are seen without hydronephrosis or solid mass. There is a
2.0-cm simple renal cortical cyst at upper pole of right kidney.
No significant lymphadenopathy at the upper abdomen is noted.
No ascites is seen.
No gross bony destruction is observed.
Evidence of left mastectomy without demonstrable enhancing lesion at visualized surgical
bed is observed.
IMPRESSION:
- No evidence of liver metastasis.
- Fatty liver.
- A 2.0-cm simple renal cortical cyst at upper pole of right kidney.
- A 0.5-cm cystic lesion at distal pancreatic body without worrisome feature.
