    Finding : An irregular margin soft tissue mass=5.4 mm.in diameter noted in posterior basal segment of LLL. Central necrosis of the tumor noted. Minimal Lt.pleural effusion observed. Consolidation with air-bronchogram involved superior segment of LLL. Subcarina nodes up to 11.16 mm.detected.Carina nodes & paraaortic nodes up to 6.98 mm.in short axis. Direct invasion of intercostal muscle of Lt.rib 6th.-7th.&rib 7th-8th. without rib destruction Rt. lung is clear. Normal size liver without space taking lesion ormal size both adrenal glands also seen.

     สวัสดีค่ะคุณ Taifun Zaa

    จากผลที่ให้มาน่าจะเป็นผลเอ็กซเรย์หรือเอ็กซเรย์คอมพิวเตอร์บริเวณปอดและหน้าท้อง ซึ่งพบว่ามีก้อนขอบไม่เรียบขนาด 5.4 มิลลิเมตรที่บริเวณกลีบปอดด้านซ้ายและมีน้ำในปอด ร่วมกับมีต่อมน้ำเหลืองโตที่ขั้วปอด และมีก้อนเนื้อลุกลามเข้าไปยังกล้ามเนื้อซี่โครงที่ 6-7 และ 7-8 ปอดข้างขวาปกติ ตับขนาดปกติ ไม่มีรอยโรคในตับ

    แนะนำสอบถามแพทย์ผู้รักษาเกี่ยวกับการวินิจฉัยอีกครั้ง ซึ่งต้องดูอาการของผู้ป่วยประกอบด้วย
