HISTORY; case abdominal dyscomfort
TECHNIQUE UPPER ABDOMEN: Axial in & out of phase, FSE T2W and heavily T2W with fat suppression;
Coronal true FISP
Dynamic gMultihaqnce axial study with VIBE techniques
FINDINGS
Liver and bile: Normal size, contour and mild fatty parenchyma.
No space taking lesion.
No bile duct dilatation. CBD is about 0.4cm Normalbile duct excretion
Normal distended gallbladder containing high proteineceous content without demonstrable stone.
pancreas: normal size and enhancement.
spleen: normal size
KUB: Normal size and nephrogram. No demonstrable stone or hydronephrosis Bowel: No demonstrable mass or obstruction
Aorta: Normal size aorta
Node: No demonstrable adenopathy
Peritoneum: No ascites or peritoneum nodule
Lung: No demonstrable pulmonary nodules
IMPRESSION; Mild fatty liver.
NO focal liver lesion,bile duct dilatation.
