  • ผล CT Brain นี้มีอะไรน่าเป็นห่วงไหมครับ รอพบหมอ แต่อยากรู้ผลก่อนครับ

    HISTORY:  Spastic tone, rule out intracranial lesion

    NONCONTRAST MDCT OF THE BRAIN:

    FINDINGS:

    The brain parenchyma shows normal attenuation.   Cortical sulci, ventricular system and basal cistern appears unremarkable.  No extra-axial collection or shifting of midline structure is observed.   There is prominent subarachnoid space at bilateral frontal and anterior temporal region. 

      The visualized bilateral ethmoid and right maxillary sinuses and bilateral mastoid air cells are clear.  The bony structures appear normal.  

    IMPRESSION:

    - Prominent subarachnoid space at bilateral frontal and anterior temporal region. 

    - Unremarkable otherwise.

     

    น้องไปทำ ctbrain มา  ยังไม่ได้คุยกับคุณหมอ ได้แต่ผลมา  แบบนี้สรุปอะไรบ้างครับ  รบกวนแปลผลให้หน่อยครับ

     สวัสดีคะคุณ Jindaporn Aryupat

    คืออย่างนี้นะค่ะ คนไข้มีปัญหาเรื่องการเกร็งของกล้ามเนื้อคุณหมอต้องหาสาเหตุว่าเกิดอะไรในสมองทำให้คนไข้มีอาการเกร็งหรือเปล่าค่ะ

    ซึ่ง CT มีแค่เรื่องช่องในสมองโตบริเวณสมองส่วนหน้าและสมองส่วนกกหูค่ะ 

    แต่อย่างอื่นปกติ ซึ่งก็ไม่ได้ปกติแล้วไม่ได้ทำให้เกิดอะไรที่ผิดปกติมักพบภาวะนี้ในเด็กทารก และปกติหลังสองปีจะปกติค่ะ 

    แนะนำให้พบแพทย์ปรึกษา เรื่องอาการที่เป็นและผลเผื่อให้ได้การวินิจฉัยที่ถูกต้องค่ะ
