    รบกวนอ่านผล ct scan ให้หน่อยค่ะ เนื่องจากปวดท้อง มา 5 เดือน WHOLE ABDOMEN CAVITY (MCT). CT WHOLE ABDOMEN WITH CONTRAST The study shows -Liver is normal size and no enhancing lesion. Portal vein is normal. -Gallbladder, pancreas, spleen, both adrenal glands and urinary bladder are normal. -Both kidneys are normal shape and size with no hydronephrosis or stone. -Both ureters are not dilated. -No stone or abnormal dilatation of biliary and KUB systems is detected. -Stomach, small bowel and large bowel are unremarkable. -Appendix is not enlarged. -Uterus and left ovary are unremarkable. -Hypodensity lesion with rim enhancement, size 1.7x1.5 cm at right ovary is seen. Right ovary is not enlarged. -No definite lymphadenopathy is seen. -Abdominal aorta and IV'C are unremarkable. -No ascites. -No bony destruction is seen. -No pleural effusion. Visualized lung is clear. IMPRESSION: -Hypodensity lesion with rim enhancement, size 1.7x1.5 cm at right ovary could be ovarian cyst, please clinical correlation.

                           ผลการตรวจเอ๊กซเรย์คอมพิวเตอร์ช่องท้อง

                          - ตับมีขนาดปกติ ไม่มีรอยโรคในตับ

                          - หลอดเลือดดำของตำปกติ

                          - ถุงน้ำดี, ตับอ่อน, ม้าม, ต่อมหมวกไต, กระเพาะปัสสาวะ ปกติดี

                          - ไตทั้ง2 ข้างมีรูปร่างและขนาดที่ปกติ ไม่มีนิ่ว

                          - ท่อไตทั้ง 2 ข้างไม่ขยายโตผิดปกติ

                          - ไม่มีนิ่วในทางเดินปัสสาวะ ไม่มีการขยายของท่อทางเดินปัสสาวะที่ผิดปกติ

                          - กระเพาะอาหาร, ลำไส้เล็ก, ลำไส้ใหญ่ ปกติ

                          - ไส้ติ่ง ไม่โตผิดปกติ

                          - มดลูกและรังไข่ซ้าย ปกติ

                          - พบรอยโรคขนาด 1.7 x 1.5 cm ที่รังไข่ขวา 

                         - ไม่มีต่อมน้ำเหลืองโต

                          - หลอดเลือดแดงและดำใหญ่ในช่องท้องปกติ

                        - ไม่มีน้ำในช่องท้อง

                         - กระดูกปกติ

                         - ไม่มีน้ำในช่องเยื่อหุ้มปอด

                         - ส่วนของปอดที่พอมองเห็น ปกติ

                         โดยสรุป คือพบรอยโรคขนาด 1.7 x 1.5 cm ที่รังไข่ขวา น่าจะเป็นซีสต์ (หรือถุงน้ำ) แต่ไม่ได้ระบุว่าน่าจะเป็นซีสต์ประเภทใด แนะนำควรสอบถามรายละเอียดกับแพทย์ที่รักษาค่ะ เพื่อประเมินร่วมกับอาการที่เป็นอยู่ค่ะ
