รบกวนอ่านผล ct scan ให้หน่อยค่ะ เนื่องจากปวดท้อง มา 5 เดือน
WHOLE ABDOMEN CAVITY (MCT).
CT WHOLE ABDOMEN WITH CONTRAST
The study shows
-Liver is normal size and no enhancing lesion. Portal vein is normal.
-Gallbladder, pancreas, spleen, both adrenal glands and urinary bladder are normal.
-Both kidneys are normal shape and size with no hydronephrosis or stone.
-Both ureters are not dilated.
-No stone or abnormal dilatation of biliary and KUB systems is detected.
-Stomach, small bowel and large bowel are unremarkable.
-Appendix is not enlarged.
-Uterus and left ovary are unremarkable.
-Hypodensity lesion with rim enhancement, size 1.7x1.5 cm at right ovary is seen. Right ovary is not
enlarged.
-No definite lymphadenopathy is seen.
-Abdominal aorta and IV'C are unremarkable.
-No ascites.
-No bony destruction is seen.
-No pleural effusion. Visualized lung is clear.
IMPRESSION:
-Hypodensity lesion with rim enhancement, size 1.7x1.5 cm at right ovary could be ovarian cyst, please
clinical correlation.
