FINDINGS :
The liver shows normal size, smooth surface and homogeneous parenchyma without gross mass. The portal and hepatic veins are patent.
the biliary system is not dilated
the gallbladder has smooth, thin wall without detectable gallstone.
the visualized pancreas and spleen appear unremarkable.
Both kidneys have normal size and echogenicity without stone or hydronephrosis.
No ascites is deteced.
