HISTORY: Screening mammogram, history of left breast cancer post MRM.

COMPARISON: US and MMG of the breast was performed on 2 March, 2021.

MAMMOGRAPHIC FINDINGS:

The composition of the right breast is extremely densities.

No mass, suspicious calcification or architectural distortion are observed.

The visualized axillary lymph nodes look unremarkable, bilaterally.

US FINDINGS:

No longer seen simple cyst at R2.

Newly seen well-defined hypoechoic lesion at R5, size 0.5 cm.

No mass at surgical bed of the left chest wall.

No bilateral axillary or bilateral supraclavicular lymphadenopathy.

====== [Conclusion] ======

- No mass at surgical bed of the left chest wall.

- No longer seen simple cyst at R2.

- Newly seen well-defined hypoechoic lesion at R5, size 0.5 cm could be fibroadenoma or complicated.

FINAL ASSESSMENT: BI-RADS 3

RECOMMENDATION: Follow-up US.

**False negative rate of mammography is approximately 10-15%. Management of a palpable abnormality must be based on clinical consideration.**
