รบกวนอ่านผล CT SCAN หน่อยค่ะ พอดีคุณหมอพูดเร็วมากๆ Clinical information: HISTORY: A 30-year-old female of right ovarian tumor.PRE AND POST CONTRAST ENHANCED MDCT SCAN OF THE LOWER ABDOMENCOMPARISON: None.FINDINGS: The uterus is measured about 3.7x4.6x7.9 cm without gross mass. There is a 5.9x5.3x5.8 cm multilocular cystic mass at right adnexa without definite enhanced solid part. Left ovary appears unremarkable. Small amount of fluid in pelvic cavity is demonstrated. urinary bladder is normally distended without stone or mass. The included liver, gallbladder, spleen, pancreas, and both adrenal glands are unremarkable. The A 0.7-cyst at mid pole of the right kidney is shown. No stone, hydronephrosis or perinephric collection is found. There is no intraabdominal lymphadenopathy. No worrisome bone destruction is demonstrated. Included both lungs show no discrete pulmonary nodule or pleural effusion. IMPRESSION:- A 5.9x5.3x5.8-cm multilocular cystic mass at right adnexa without definite enhanced solid part, probably endometrioma or epithelial ovarian neoplasm. Further MRI could be helpful.-Small amount of fluid in pelvic cavity.-A 0.7-cyst at mid pole of the right kidneyClinical information
