อยากทราบผล CT นี้ค่ะ เป็นห่วงพี่ชายมาก แต่เค้าไม่บอกอะไรที่บ้านเลยค่ะ T_T

History of progressive lung infiltration and dyspnea.

 

Findings

- Both upper lobes reveals airspace consolidation around peribronchial regions. Diffuse tree-in-bud lesions are present around peribronchial areas of all lobes. Subpleural areas are spared.

Subpleural areas are spared.

-No lung mass or cavity is found.

- Mediastinum reveals subcentimeter precarinal lymph nodes.

- No pneumohydrothorax is presented. Bilateral pleurae are not thickened.

- Tracheobronchi are patent.

- Aorta and pulmonary artery are normal.

- Diaphragm is preserved. Chest wall is intact.

- Visualized abdominal organs, including bilateral adrenal glands, are normal.

 

Imp;endobronchial spread of infection to all lobes, possible TB.
